Refund policy

All returns must be started within 14 days of the ship date to receive a full refund back to your original form of payment. Email shopsimplyrooted@gmail.com to initiate a return. Items are not eligible for return after the 14th day. Customer will be responsible for return shipping cost. Items marked final sale are not eligible for return or exchange.
